Dear Royal Academy Parents,

Cinderella is cast and we're off to a great start! The students are really going to shine in our "Traditional Royal Academy Production Style" which is a full scale, lavish production of Cinderella. We have stunning backdrops, beautiful special effects, fabulous scenery-this production will be the most FANTASTIC we have done to date!!!

YOU CAN MAKE AN EASY $50.00 or more: The Royal Academy is offering a $50 THANK YOU REFERRAL CREDIT FOR EACH NEW FAMILY YOU REFER FOR A FREE TRIAL CLASS AND WHO SIGNS UP FOR CLASSES OR A SUMMER CAMP from March 11-April 1, 2009-so tell or bring a friend to dance, act or sing with you! We specifically are looking for students 2.5 to 17 who are interested in attending classes 1-2 times a week as our most advanced classes are wait listed right now. We LOVE our TINIES and would like to add 10 new little dancers-their classes are $46 per month.

REFERRAL AWARDS: Additionally, we are awarding "The Queen of Referrals Award" to the parent who refers the most new families during this time period AND "The Princess or Prince of Referral Award" on stage at Cinderella to the student who refers the most new families who sign up for classes and/or summer camp. This is in addition to the $50 Thank you!

Reminder for Summer Workshops and Intensives: Our Early Bird $99 Summer Workshop Special ends this Thursday at 7:30PM-this was our West Florida Youth Ballet price in 1989!!!!! This Early Birds pricing is for registered, actively taking class Royal Academy members. Regular Summer Workshop pricing is the same as last year: $149 and up and you can view the Summer Workshop Schedule at RAFAFL.com or pick up a hard copy at the front desk.

The Royal Nutcracker DVDs/T-shirts are: at the front desk for those who ordered them. Please pick them up from Miss Lisa during regular office hours:).

Strange Rumors: Let's work together to stop the rumor mill in its tracks. Have you ever played the game "telephone" where everyone sits in a big circle and whispers a sentence around that circle. When the original sentence gets to the final person everyone laughs as the sentence is not the same. It is changed.

One way we can resolve this is if everyone gets their information from RAFAFL.com, The NewsFlash and RAFA emails rather than asking each other. If you aren't sure about something, then just email, come in or call and ask us. If we don't know, we'll ask you to leave us your question on the message pad at the front desk and we'll find out the answers for you to the best of our abilities. The latest rumor I was asked about was: Is RAFA is offering FREE Summer Workshops-we heard they were free ones? Sadly, this rumor is not true.

We are offering THE BEST SUMMER WORKSHOPS and INTENSIVES in The Tampa Bay Area for a reasonable price and we are proud of our Summer Workshops-our students learned a lot last summer.

The students take lots of quality classes, perform weekly and win awards! We have a blast together!!
